This EP was originally released as a self-titled EP by a band called The Dull Cares. I was never really sure about that name, though. A Bohemian Grove reference is pretty out there and doesn't match the music at all. The music never caught on and the "band" only ever played the EP release show. So now I've decided to put it up here named after the opening song and as performed by the band name I liked better than Dull Cares but I don't remember those who I asked for their opinion liking much. (Many points to you if you know what the name Most Beautiful Band refers to.) This record was me trying to put together a kind of Beach Boys "Party" type of thing. It was super fun to get all my friends in to sing and have my friend Tim do all the knob turning. It was also fun trying to write extra simple songs with more straight forward lyrics, like my favorite songs from the 60s.
